Obtener carpeta especial

Hola, estuve buscando sobre la función ShGetSpecialFolderPath, pero no me sirve para obtener la ruta que deseo.. y no se de otra función.
La ruta que quiero obtener es la siguiente:
C:\Documents and Settings\usuario\Configuración local\Datos de programa

Necesito obtener este dirección para almacenar datos de configuracion de mi programa.

Yo creo que la función que mencionas sí que puede retornar la ruta que necesitas. Si no me equivoco la constante sería "CSIDL_APPDATA".

...Yo creo que la función que mencionas sí que puede retornar la ruta que necesitas. Si no me equivoco la constante sería "CSIDL_APPDATA".
