El breakpoint se pone verde

Hola Amigos.
Con Delphi 7 hace un tiempo estoy teniendo el siguiente problema:
Pongo un breakpoint en alguna parte y cuando llega a el se detiene el programa. Ejecuto nuevamente y no se detiene, cuando voy al fuente, este esta verde y tengo que recompilar para que se detenga.
Alguien sabe que debo tocar en la configuración?
