Se puede adjuntar archivos de texto en oracle
 

Hola a todos, soy nuevo en esto y tengo un problema.
Tengo un codigo que me envia un mail a mi cuenta, eso esta bien pero aparte quiero ver como puedo adjuntarun archivo de texto (*.txt) para enviarlo, este archivo sera un reporte, eh estado viendo e investigando las instrucciones utl_smtp.open_connection pero no eh encontrado la que me sirva si me pudieran ayudar se los agradeceria.
