Cuando decía

ALTER TABLE Nombre_Tabla
DROP CONSTRAINT Nombre_Primary

has de sustituir Nombre_Primary por el nombre que tenga tu clave primaria, por ejemplo :

ALTER TABLE PRUEBA DROP CONSTRAINT PK_PRUEBA
