Huy... lellendo un poco me encontré que el delphi 2010 si tiene problemas para desplegar los íconos de 256x256... para darle el soporte a estos iconos puedes usar el
IDE Fix Pack 2009/2010 3.01 de la gente de delphispeedup (no se si usar este fix sobre un software privativo incumple alguna norma... ustedes diran)
Los fix que le hace al RAD Studio 2010 son:
* Undo destroys editor buffer
* F1 key doesn’t work if invoked from the ObjectInspector
* Vista compatible icons (256×256) aren’t supported
