Si lo que estas tratando es poder ver la ventana de
"progreso de compilacion" (Compiler progress) entonces deberías habilitarla desde:
Ir al Menú
Tools > Environment Options > Preferences > Compiling and Running y habilitar la opcion
"Show compiler progress"
