Si mal no recuerdo, las tablas temporales se guardan en la base de datos de tempdb.

Si haces un:

Código:
IF EXISTS(SELECT*FROM tempdb..SYSOBJECTS WHERENAME='##Ronipe')
DROP TABLE ##RoNiPe
te debería funcionar.
