13. Delphi Utilities

Delphi 4 comes with a number of helper utility appli-
cations. All of these utility programs are included with
Delphi 4 for use in designing applications. None of the
utility programs that come with Delphi 4 may be redist-
ributed with deployed applications. These utility programs
include, but are not limited to:
Resource compiler
Database Explorer
SQL Explorer (Client/server & Enterprise editions)

Open Help
