Tenes que tener el formulario que abris KEYPREVIEW en TRUE
y colocar
procedure TForm1.FormKeyDown(Sender: TObject; var Key: Word;
Shift: TShiftState);
begin
if Key=27 then Close;// es la tecla Esc
end;
