Posible solucion...
Creo que lo resolvi haciendo esto:

Código Delphi [-]
if (SG.RowCount = 2) and (SG.Cells[0, SG.Row] = '') then

else
SG.RowCount := SG.RowCount + 1; // Agregar otra línea

SG.Row := SG.Rowcount - 1;
