Como corregirlo IBExpert 2008 SOLUCION
Es algo tarde pero a alguien le puede servir.

Navegar a C:\Users\Usuario\AppData\Roaming\HK-Software\IBExpert

Abrir con el Block de Notas IBExpert.dir cambiar 99999999 por 1

Guardar y listo
