Problemas con uso de fixed

Esta función ¿sería válida así?

La idea es ir cogiendo del array byte[] eData 2 enteros y encriptarlos, voy incrementando los punteros para ir accediendo al siguiente lugar de la memoria donde estará el siguiente entero.
