problemas con IBEXPERT y Firebird

Trabajo regularmente con Ibexpert he egregado el udf para poder usar la funcion TRIM(), trato de modificar un procedimiento almacenado para agregarle la funcion TRIM() y cuando lo grabo me presenta un mensaje

unsuccessful execution caused by a system error that precludes
successful execution of subsequent statements
access to UDF library "udflib.dll" is denied by server administrator.

Trabajo con win xp sp2 , firebird 1.53 y IBExpert personal edition

Alguien me puede dar una ayuda

de antemano gracias
