Configurar iis + asp.net

Hola cuando intento correr una pagina echa en asp.net me da el siguiente error....

Si alguien pudiera explicarme como solocionar le problema le estaria muy agradecido...

¿Cuál es la versión de Windows y de IIS que estás utilizando?

trata de en la propiedad del directorio ponerle en documents Default.aspx y cuentame que tal

Tengo Win XP + iis 5.1...

Ya probe poner en la propiedad documento defaul.aspx
