Problema con STRCAT()

Al quere utilizar esta funcion me da el siguiente error:

Invalid request BLR at offset 63
function STRCAT is not defined
module name or entrypoint could not be found
Statement: select strcat(cod_art,descripcion) from articulos

¿Qué debo hacer?
