No te extrañes, hace muchos, muchos años que hice algo parecido, recuerdo haber llamado un par de veces a 'Información de Telefónica", cuando sólo existía telefónica, para preguntar sobre dudas con los deberes de la escuela :D y el caso es que la señorita (o señora, no sé) me resolvía esas dudas. :)

Una faceta desconocida de telefónica, aunque creo que más bien se debía a la amabilidad de la señorita en cuestión a título personal y no como representante de la CNT (Compañía Nacional Telefónica)

Menudo ingenio amigo Casimiro, resolver las dudas de los trabajos del colegio por teléfono.
