smartflash + delphi 2007 + w7 23 bits

tengo una dificultad, muy bien en instale el smartflash y en windos xp funciona muy bien en w7 no ejecuta las animaciones del los swf y no se por que ????

Código Delphi [-]ruta := ExtractFilePath(Application.ExeName);
  sfFlashPlayer1.Movie := ruta+'congreso1.swf';
  sfFlashPlayer1.Play;

no se que puede estar pasando o porque no se ejecutan las animaciones alguien puede ayudarme
