Enas esto que me comentas lo puse asi :

' where expedientes.fnotif >= '+quotedStr(FormatDateTime('mm/dd/yyyy',fecha1.text)+

Y esta linea me da este error : "Imcompatibles types _ ´TdateTime and Tcaption"

Si yo cojo el valor de fecha de un tedit.
