ayuda sql

Buenos días.Quiero hacer un borrado de CARTERA por filtro pasandome el cod.
Tabla CUENTA : id,cod.
Tabla CARTERA: id,idc,des.

este es el códigoLos demás filtros me funcionan).

Seguro que es una gilipollez pero no lo veo.
