Problema con then!

Hola, pues e aqui mi problema:

Tengo un boton en el cual tengo este codigo:

No veo error hay?
pero me da el siguiente error al tratar de correr la aplicasion:

[Error] Unit1.pas(169): Type of expression must by BOOLEAN

AVER QUIEN ME AYUDA!
