PChar y PAnsiChar en WinExec

En mi desesperación realice un proyecto aparte con mi drama.

En ambas rutas (Path) existe el archivo AppWFP.EXE, Utilizo Delphi 2005 Pro UPD3 y tengo winxp pro sp3
